Refund Policy

We want every Pro user to feel that Prayer Times Near Me is worth the price. If it isn't, we'll refund you — no awkward questions.

30-day money-back guarantee

  • Any Pro subscription (monthly, annual, lifetime) is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the most recent charge.
  • Email support@prayertimesnearme.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We process refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • After 30 days, monthly/annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard — you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.

14-day free trial

  • All new Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard and you will not be charged.
  • We send a reminder email 7 days before the trial converts to a paid subscription.

What's not refundable

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days do not receive a partial refund — they simply end at the close of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the most recent charge are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.

  • The email address on your account
  • Approximate date of the charge
  • (Optional) Why it didn't work for you — we read every reply and it helps us improve

We respond within one business day.

Stripe billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
