Çorlu's times use the Diyanet method. That is the standard followed by most mosques in Turkey. They are drawn from Çorlu's own coordinates (41.1607°N, 27.8009°E). The schedule updates automatically at midnight, with no manual setting.

How Çorlu's prayer times are worked out

From Çorlu, the Qibla is 149° from true north. Face southeast to pray toward the Kaaba. It lies 2,469 km (1,534 miles) away in a straight line across the globe. Every time on this page is worked out from Çorlu's own coordinates (41.16°N, 27.80°E), not a national average. That is why Çorlu's times and its Qibla differ a little from cities a short distance away.

One local quirk shapes the Çorlu timetable: midday prayer does not land at 12:00. Çorlu lies well west inside its Istanbul time zone. So the sun peaks about 77 minutes after clock noon. Dhuhr follows the sun, not the clock — today it falls at 12:54 PM. Across the year, the fast here runs from about 17h 17m near June down to 10h 52m in December.

The Fajr and Isha angles for Çorlu come from Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı, Türkiye's state religious authority. The Diyanet method sets Fajr when the sun is 18° below the horizon, and Isha at 17°. Use ISNA's 15° instead and Fajr here would move by several minutes. So the method — not the coordinates alone — settles the final time. We also publish times for nearby Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ and Silivri. Each is only a few minutes off Çorlu's clock.
